In today’s busy world we often forget about the simple things in life, to eat right and take care of our body. Symptoms like Headaches get fixed with a pill instead of watching the food you eat and drinking enough water. What’s even worse and not as easy to fix is that emotional problems are getting repressed and people get depressed as a result. There are eastern gurus, western gurus, different religions, different ways of meditation and quite a bit of magical nonsense in between. So what's the right thing? Chakras are the energy centers of the body and an aura is the field around a person. Everybody has an aura, there is an interaction between people but most of us are not conscious of, although we feel the results. How many times did you look up to see someone staring at you - just because you were feeling it?

 

You feel uncomfortable in an overcrowded train or elevator; you feel fine just standing next to a person you like. Depending on the person you might feel that your energy is sucked up or loaded.

Yet we don't act according to this awareness, instead we call it coincidence, fate, strange luck etc., a rather primitive way to look on the subject considering, that interaction on a finer and higher energy level is always present and existing.
